About us

Born in 1960, Attrezzature Galvaniche is a point of reference inside the industrial realities regarding the production and development of galvanic equipment:

 

  • Galvanic frames, baskets and pliers for printed circuits (chemical and electrolytic line);
  • Frames and equipment for every kind of galvanic process: copper, chrome, nickel, zinc, tin, gold and silver-plating, cataphoresis, anodic oxidation of alluminium and electroplating for other materials;
  • Other galvanic equipment, for instance:
    • Brass hooks of different dimension and weight;
    • Bells and wedges in stagnated brass/P.E.
    • Frames and baskets built in titanium;
    • Anodes in tin / lead, titanium
  • Coverings of various materials.

 

Located near Milan, the company is in contact and in active collaboration with all the major producers of galvanic manufacturing plants.

 

Specifically geared to the production of frames both for galvanic and for printed circuits, we are able to satisfy perfectly every request of our customers: starting from the initial phase of designing structures having specific features up to the final production of any kind of frame.

 

For galvanic treatments with high temperatures we also offer coverings by PFA, ETFE, Halar, Rilsan, Flamulit and Abcite.

Part of our products are coated with blue PVC, which provides excellent resistance to galvanic treatments while keeping costs low, considering the dimensions of our tanks:

At the same time we are also equipped to maintain and repair frames built by us and by others. We remove the old plastic coverings from the frames by means of liquid nitrogen, repairing them in the most suitable, convenient and environmentally responsible way.

Frames maintenance and repair

 

We are also equipped to maintain and repair frames built by us and by others. We remove the old plastic coverings from the frames by means of liquid nitrogen, repairing them in the most suitable, convenient and environmentally responsible way.
